- 2 c Bohana Sweet Cinnamon Drizzle Water Lily Seeds
- 1/4 c Protein Powder
- 1/2 c Peanut butter
- 1/4 c Maple syrup
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine water lily seeds and protein powder, mix well.
- In a small bowl, microwave the peanut butter with maple syrup until liquid form.
- Pour into the large bowl and mix well.
- Pour mixture into the lined baking tray and press firmly into place.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before cutting into bars!
