No Bake Cinnamon Protein Bars

Healthy no bake cereal bars are chewy, full of protein and the perfect snack between meals! 

No Bake Cinnamon Protein Bars


Servings: 6 Bars
Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 40 mins



  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine water lily seeds and protein powder, mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, microwave the peanut butter with maple syrup until liquid form.
  4. Pour into the large bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into the lined baking tray and press firmly into place.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before cutting into bars!
