Recipe: Bohana Salad Bowl

Think classic crouton, with a twist! Gluten free and guilt free with low calories and fat. Bohana snacks provide the best crunch to jazz up a green salad. Throw some Soulful Spice Bohana on top for an extra kick or some Wild White Cheddar for mouth-watering cheesy goodness!
This cruciferous crunch bowl made by @chel_be_well is easy to make with little assembly time and is certainly jam packed with nutrients and all the crunch you should crave! 

- 2 cups of @traderjoes veggie and greens salad kit (a mix of cauliflower, brussels sprouts, radicchio and kale. I did not use the dried pear or dressing that is provided in the kit)
-To a big salad bowl, add 1 cup of shredded red and green cabbage, 1/4 cup of sliced watermelon radish, 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/3 cup sliced red bell pepper and 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (this came pre-packaged with the veggie and greens salad kit)
- Top with 1 handful of @bohanalife Himalayan Pink Salt popped water lily seeds (These are literally EVERYTHING. I can’t stop snacking on them. A must try!)
- Mix in 2 tbsp of plant based salsa verde dressing
