-Heat up a pan with 1tsp oil and sauté 1 large onion,1 inch piece of chopped ginger and 5 garlic cloves
-Remove pan from heat, add 5 cashews and 1 tsp poppy seeds and let cool
-Transfer to a mixie jar and add some water to grind into a paste
-Add 2 tbsp oil to pan, sauté 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and add 1 chopped onion
-Next, add the paste to the pan and mix well for about 2 minutes
-Add 1 cup tomato puree, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric. Mix well and cover the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on low until the oil separates
-Add 1/2 cup fresh peas, 1/2 cup water, mix and simmer for another 3 minutes
-Add @bohanalife Himalayan Pink Salt, simmer for 1 minute and remove form heat
Add salt to taste, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!
