These cheddar filled cups don’t require any cooking and minimal work– beware of snack addiction!

- 1 c Bohana Wild White Cheddar Water Lily Seeds
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 3–4 tbsp Agave Nectar, or honey
- 1/2 c Peanut butter, melted or gooey
- Paprika, optional
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter and agave.
- Add the water lily seeds, and stir to combine.
- Place mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes to let it firm up.
- Remove from freezer, pack into a sprayed or oiled muffin tin or roll into balls and sprinkle with paprika.
- Return to freezer for 15 minutes.
