Spicy Cheddar Snack Balls

These cheddar filled cups don’t require any cooking and minimal work– beware of snack addiction!

Spicy Cheddar Snack Balls

Servings: 12 
Prep Time: 15 mins 
Total Time: 15 mins 



  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter and agave. 
  2. Add the water lily seeds, and stir to combine.
  3. Place mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes to let it firm up.
  4. Remove from freezer, pack into a sprayed or oiled muffin tin or roll into balls and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Return to freezer for 15 minutes.
