Healthy Cucumber Ranch Salad

Ranch Cucumber Salad that is sure to become your new favorite go to! Easy to make and full of flavor!

Servings: 2-3
Prep Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 45 mins



  • 2 medium Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 c Purple Onion, slices
  • 1 tsp Dill, dried
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2/3 c Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 c Bohana Zesty Ranch Popped Water Lily Seeds
  • Black Olives, optional
  • Black pepper, to taste


  1. In a bowl combine yogurt or cottage cheese with dill and lemon juice.
  2. Once well mixed, stir in sliced cucumbers and onions. 
  3. Top with Bohana Water Lily Seeds and black olives.
  4. Sprinkle over with pepper!
